How do you price your services?

Our pricing depends on the scope of the project, the services you need, and the complexity involved. We offer flexible packages — from single-service projects to full-service retainers. During the initial call, we’ll ask the right questions to create a custom quote that fits your needs and budget.

Both! We have ready-to-go packages for clients who want a quicker setup, but we can also tailor custom plans for businesses with specific goals or unique challenges. Flexibility is key — you only pay for what you really need.

Each package includes a mix of strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. We clearly break down the deliverables (e.g., number of posts, ads, revisions, hours of consultation, etc.) so you know exactly what you’re getting — no hidden fees.

Do I need to pay everything upfront?

Nope. Typically, we ask for a 50% deposit upfront to begin the project, and the remaining 50% is paid after final delivery or milestone completion, depending on the scope. For retainers, we charge monthly.

Totally. We understand that business needs change. You can scale your plan up or down with proper notice — we’ll help recommend the right level based on performance and goals.

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and Stripe. International clients are welcome — we’ll provide an invoice in your preferred currency and format.

How will we communicate throughout the project?

We usually use email and a dedicated Slack or WhatsApp group (your choice) for daily updates or quick chats. For meetings, we do Zoom or Google Meet. Basically, whatever channel works best for you — we adapt

We typically reply within 24 hours on weekdays. If it’s urgent, we’ll respond even faster. Clear and quick communication is one of our top priorities.

Yes, totally! Just book via our calendar link or drop us a message. We’re always down for a sync call, especially when things need real-time discussion. We just ask for a little heads-up so we can prep properly.

Will I have a dedicated contact person?

Absolutely. You’ll be assigned an account/project manager who knows your brand inside-out and will be your go-to for everything. No need to repeat yourself to 5 different people.

We always have a backup person briefed and ready to step in. So even if someone’s on leave, your project won’t stall — everything keeps running smoothly.

We set clear rounds of revisions upfront (usually 2–3 per deliverable). You’ll get structured timelines for reviewing and we use tools like Figma or Google Docs with comments for easy back-and-forth.
